The Hunter and Morrison Trust exists to promote the developmenT of the fisheries industries in Shetland for the benefit of the Shetland community.
The Hunter and Morrison Trust was formed in 1981 to honour two local entrepreneurs, Geordie Hunter and Alex Morrison, who made a significant contribution to the community during their lives.
The Trust co-ordinates the investment and appropriate distribution of funds to individuals looking to pursue a career in the seafood industries, those already employed keen to develop their skills, and local businesses seeking to improve their prospects.
